It’s easy to think you have to do something big to make a difference. Judah reminds us that’s not true.

When Judah Kessler was given the opportunity to choose a cause, he chose to help children halfway across the world in Africa.

After sharing his interest with his grandma, Celeste, she introduced him to AIDSPIRIT and Tender Mercies in Uganda.

Judah shared what he learned by creating areport for his class at St. Francis Primary, using information from our website (www.aidspirit.org).

He didn’t stop there, he wanted to help. With a little support he organized a bake sale and raised enough money to provide new mattresses for the children at Tender Mercies.

And here’s the part that matters just as much as the effort itself: Judah is able

to see exactly where his donation went. This transparency is a huge point of difference with AIDSPIRIT. Every dollar donated goes directly to Tender Mercies and the Permaculture Farm. No layers. No guesswork. Just real, tangible impact.

It’s easy to think you have to do something big to make a difference, and it has a tendency to hold us back.... Judah reminds us that’s not true. You just have to care, then act. Judah, thank you. What you did matters more than you know.

Want to join Judah in helping the children at Tender Mercies? We've got a comfortable level of giving, just $20 a month. Visit this page to learn more.
